DISCO WORKOUT EVENING – The summer highlight in Podersdorf am See!

Music, movement and summer vibes directly at Lake Neusiedl: On Friday, August 28, 2026, the municipality of Podersdorf am See, together with Biogena and Roman Daucher (known from Café Puls), invites you to a free Disco Workout Evening at the lido.

Starting at 5:00 PM, you can try out various exercises at different functional fitness stations with Markus – whether you are a beginner or a sports pro. Every participant will receive a goodie.

Starting at 6:00 PM, Roman Daucher will get the lido moving with his disco workout. Simple choreographies, strengthening exercises, and the greatest disco hits ensure a workout with plenty of fun.

Refreshing drinks are waiting to be tasted at the Biogena ONE mocktail bar.

The outfit is also important for the theme: The most creative disco outfit of the evening will be awarded.
