DISCO WORKOUT EVENING

Music, movement, and summer vibes right by Lake Neusiedl: On Friday, August 28, 2026, the municipality of Podersdorf am See, together with Biogena and Roman Daucher (known from Café Puls), invites you to the free Disco Workout Evening at the lakeside resort.

Starting at 5:00 PM, you can try out various exercises with Markus at diverse functional fitness stations – whether you are a beginner or a fitness pro. Every participant will receive a goodie.

Starting at 6:00 PM, Roman Daucher will get the lakeside resort moving with his Disco Workout. Simple choreographies, strength exercises, and the greatest disco hits ensure a workout full of fun.

Refreshing drinks are waiting for you to try at the Biogena ONE Mocktail Bar.

The outfit is also important for the theme: The most creative disco outfit of the evening will be awarded.
