Windy Days x Freestyle Pro Tour
From June 3rd to 7th, the international elite of freestyle windsurfing returns to Lake Neusiedl as part of the Windy Days – more precisely to Podersdorf am See, one of the most well-known and wind-reliable spots in Europe.
The Freestyle Pro Tour stops at Lake Neusiedl during the Windy Days and brings spectacular top-level sports directly to the shore. The best riders in the world showcase breathtaking tricks, rotations, and jumps – often only a few meters away from the audience. Podersdorf is especially known for its constant wind conditions and shallow water zones, which offer ideal conditions for freestyle maneuvers.
In addition to the competitions, a lively festival atmosphere is created during the Windy Days: visitors can not only follow the contests, but also get active themselves – for example, with opportunities to test equipment, workshops, or introductory courses. The program is complemented by music, gastronomy, and side events right on the promenade.
